PAMpetrol S.A.P.E.M., the provincial energy company of La Pampa, has launched Public Tender N° 1/26 for the construction of the second 15 MW phase of the Solar Photovoltaic Park in General Pico, La Pampa. This new phase builds on the first 15 MW stage, already awarded through Public Tender N° 1/25, within a project targeting a total installed capacity of 50 MW.

Purpose of the Tender

PAMpetrol invites companies or groups of companies legally incorporated in Argentina to participate in this public tender, which seeks to select a partner or partners to enter into a Joint Venture Agreement (Unión Transitoria, Art. 1463 of the Civil and Commercial Code) for the construction, assembly, connection, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and energy sale to APELP of a 15 MW Solar Photovoltaic Park in the city of General Pico, La Pampa.

Partnership Structure

– PAMpetrol's participation: 20%, comprising an initial contribution in kind (valued at 5% of the total bid amount, covering land, supply contract assignment, grid connection feasibility with APELP, environmental studies and project development) plus a 15% cash contribution
– Awardee's participation: 80%
– Energy supply contract: 20 years with the Provincial Energy Administration of La Pampa (APELP)
