We met the renowned Argentine chef Mauro Colagreco at the Odette restaurant, National Gallery, during his recent visit to Singapore. We talked about Mauro's current proffesional projects and about different alternatives for a future collaboration in favor of the promotion of Argentine cuisine in this country.

Mauro Colagreco, along with his restaurant Mirazur (Menton, France), is the winner of two Michelin stars. He is also one of the most influential international chefs of today.
