Ambassador Federico Barttfeld participated as one of the main speakers in the "3rd Annual Diversity Dialogue", which took place on November 9 at the historic Singapore Cricket Club, organized by the PrimeTime Business & Professional Women's Association of Singapore.

In his speech, the Argentine Ambassador to Singapore summarized the progress that has been made in Argentina in recent times in relation to gender equality at the workplace,  specially at the professional and governmental level.
