On November 10, the Minister of Science, Technology and Productive Innovation of Argentina (MinCyT), Lino Barañao, visited Singapore with the aim of advancing cooperation and support programs between both countries in the areas coordinated by his Ministry.

With that objective, Barañao held meetings with the Senior Minister of State of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Dr. Koh Poh Koon; with the Chaiman of the scientific development support agency A * Star, Mr. Lim Chuan Poh; with the Assistant Managing Director of the Economic Development Board (EDB), Mr. Beh Kian Teik, and with the Head of the Office for Space Technology and Industry (OSTIn), Mr. Wee Wei Tat, among other authorities of Singapore.

In his meetings, Minister Barañao was accompanied by Ambassador Federico Barttfeld; the General Director of Cooperation and Integration of the MinCyT, Mariano Jordán, and the General Manager of the Space Area of ​​INVAP (prestigious Argentine institution of technological development), Gabiel Absi.
